These terms are an agreement between you and Advargo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom ("we"). By creating an account or using Advargo Jobs, you accept them.

For job seekers

• Advargo Jobs is free for job seekers. We never charge you to apply.
• Give accurate information in your profile and CV, and apply only to jobs you're genuinely interested in.
• When you apply, the employer receives your profile, CV and contact details.
• Report any employer who asks you for money, or for documents you're not comfortable sharing, to support@advargojobs.com.

For employers

• Post only real vacancies at your organisation, or for clients you're authorised to recruit for, and follow the rules for job posts for each country you post in.
• Never charge candidates any fee. Hiring decisions must follow the employment and anti-discrimination laws that apply to you.
• Use candidate information only to recruit for the job they applied to, keep it secure, and delete it when you no longer need it.
• We review every job and can reject, edit or remove listings, or suspend accounts, that break these terms.

Everyone

• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Don't scrape the site, post spam or malware, impersonate others, or use the site for anything illegal.
• You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to host and show it as needed to run the service.

Our responsibility

We check employers and listings, but we can't guarantee that any job is filled, that any application succeeds, or that the site is always available. Employers, not Advargo Jobs, decide who to hire. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for the actions of employers or candidates. Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety reasons prevent it.

Changes and disputes

We'll give notice on the site before material changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but this doesn't take away any mandatory protection the law of the country you live in gives you.
